When you are ready to make a purchase, send an email to blackcatstoreorders@gmail.com. When sending an email to ask about an order, please copy and paste this form and fill in the blanks!

Orders can only be made in the United States of America.
After making sure I have your order correct, I will request payment. Only then will I get in contact with the manufacturer.
While an order is in production and shipping, I will email you updates on your order and attempt to solve shipping and production delays on your behalf.
Expect your order to take no more than 30 days!

Whenever possible, I make sure products use renewable materials, like wood and non-vinyl stickers.
If you do not specify a color for clasps on keychains, the default will be gold.
